Creators Lab is an R&D department established in June 2021 to help KODANSHA meet and support creators in a wider range of genres.
Under the slogan of "Everything we do is for creators," we will leverage the spirit that has been passed down since the company's founding and the true strengths that have been cultivated over the past 110 years.

Game Creators’ Lab

We provide an environment and support system in which indie game creators can devote themselves to the creation of their works, and disseminate their games to the world.

Cinema Creators’ Lab

Anime, live-action, CG... KODANSHA's editors support film creators from around the world and aim to win awards at domestic and international film festivals!

Metaverse Lab

Stories that KODANSHA sends out to the world. We will use new technology to expand that "worldview" and create the best and most powerful "experience".

IP Development Lab

We will transform the "worldview (IP)" created by KODANSHA into various forms of content, not limited to publishing, to entertain people all over the world.
